That is not that hard. As we mentioned we may ask to see the documents that assure us that we are not going to have any trouble down the line. In reality, though this is a process that we are going to be able to go through quickly. We are also going to want to know how large the property is, and if we are literally going to be removing virtually anything that is there including furniture or appliances.
